Nice variety of coffee, cereals, and pastries for breakfast. Great and magnificent setting in the Coast restaurant in particular, EXCEPTIONAL staff with good customer service.

Overall it was lovely and convenient with king bed. The food for breakfast, especially cereals and pastries, was cheap. The setting was unique, just next door to 7/11 supermarket in Ao nang and an encapsulated bay.

Marvellous and fab location in very picturesque area, near high cliffs, forests and the sea as well as a proper bridge to go from the boat to the resort. Delicious and fantastic breakfast selection, cereals and pastries.

Fine base for discovering Ao Nang with hard-working and very supportive staff who confirmed our reservation. Early check-in, late check-out. Pool bar and clean pool. Incredible location and very nice facilities. Again, not far from Monkey Trail Nature Preserve.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, very close to a floating pier, that moves up and down with the waves as well as a cliff. The units are cheap, huge. The employees are immensely pleasant and consistently courteous.

It is reasonably priced. The services are very good, including a clean pool. It has magnificent and perfect location to see Monkey Trail Nature Preserve. There is a gorgeous à la carte restaurant, serving delicious dishes.

The location of Centara Grand is absolutely breathtaking. We felt surrounded by the beauty of nature throughout our stay. The resort is nestled in a private cove, creating a magical and serene atmosphere. The rooms at the resort are also top-notch, with spacious and comfortable accommodations. The staff provided excellent service, especially Milk at reception, Mark the boat reservation guy, Yoot from the pool, Biw from the Lotus Restaurant, and the lady from breakfast who remembered our tea preferences. They were all fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort also offers great amenities such as a big beautiful pool, wifi, and free rental of kayaks and SUP boards. I highly recommend Centara Grand for a truly amazing experience.

Fantastic base for exploring Ao Nang. Nice place with very good Wi-Fi and grill restaurant. English breakfast was splendid with 4 alcoholic drinks. Efficient check-in, unique location near the jungle by the high cliffs, a regular restaurant and a private island. Also, in the cove of Krabi province.

The room was spotless with full facilities and we really enjoyed the stay.

Great natural setting with amazing cliff backdrop. Comfortable beds, and, from our room at least, a lovely sea view. Bottled water provided free of charge in the room.

Very hilly. More than 135 steps from the pool to our room. A lot more to some other rooms. Isolated. Quality of service was hit and miss. Sometimes ok, sometimes slow or requested items such as drinks / food simply forgotten. Drinks, including water by the pool / beach very expensive. During our stay there was a vomiting / diarrhoea bug going around the resort ( confirmed by letter from management).
